Arrangements for groups of 12 or more can be made by calling, faxing or emailing Nederlander Group Sales with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. Procedures and terms will be explained upon contact.

The Marquis Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.
Star Performer Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.
Policy for Children:
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.
Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Late patrons who are seated in the front orchestra are held in the lobby for five minutes after the performance begins. They are then escorted directly to their seats by an usher.
Policy on Smoking:
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the Marquis Theatre.
There is one full bar and one Absolut bar located on the theatre’s Orchestra level and one bar located on the Mezzanine where refreshments may be purchased. However, water and Absolut are the only beverages that are permitted in the auditorium.
The bars begin serving patrons 45 minutes before the performance begins.
Male and female restrooms are located outside the theatre lobby, Orchestra level, in the common area on the 3rd Floor and Mezzanine level of the Marquis Hotel.
Marquis Hotel provides cloakroom service to patrons during winter months.

Policy for Patrons with Disabilities:
Accessible seating is available for this performance as indicated on the seating map. Wheelchair locations are available in the orchestra section of the theatre (pending availability). There is a limit of one wheelchair and companion seat per order. Non-accessible seats may also be purchased in the same transaction.
For guests with limited mobility, there are seats available with movable/folding armrests (“Aisle transfer seats”) in these locations (stairs required): Orchestra A1, A2, F17, F18, K1, K2, P101, P125, S27, S28, T1, T2; Mezzanine K33, K34, L1, L2.
For low vision/deaf & hard of hearing guests, accessible seats are available in the Orchestra Row AA 101-104, B 1-3, B 2-4.

Theatre representatives are available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated wheelchair accessible areas.
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit.
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
